Plan your celebration with clear payment and cancellation terms. This page summarizes our published wedding booking policies; your signed venue agreement contains the full terms for your reservation.

Your $500 reservation deposit

The $500 reservation deposit is separate from your wedding package price. You do not need to pay the full package price or finalize every wedding detail when reserving your date.

At check-in, the reservation deposit becomes your damage deposit. It is refunded within three days after checkout, less approved damage deductions under your signed agreement.

Choose your date, guest count, package and optional extras in the wedding date and package planner. Payment is completed on Stripe's secure checkout page.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel 60 days or more before your event, your payments, including the $500 deposit, are fully refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days before your event, the $500 deposit is retained and other package payments are refunded.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact our team with your name and event date. Please do not include card details.

Package changes & remaining payments

You may reschedule up to 60 days before the original wedding date without forfeiting your deposit. A new date must be available. You may change your package up to seven days before your event. Contact us to confirm changes and the applicable price.

Your package must be paid in full at least 60 days before the event. Otherwise, the event may be cancelled and payments refunded less the $500 deposit. For a wedding less than 60 days away, contact us to confirm payment arrangements.

You can pay towards your balance all at once or in installments. Published package prices do not have mandatory venue taxes or fees added. Selected extras are itemized separately, and the refundable deposit is not part of the package total.

Self-guided venue visits

Tours do not require an appointment or deposit. Check the venue tour calendar for the selected day's visiting hours and whether availability is guaranteed or tentative. Tentative visits require checking the calendar again immediately before travelling.

Tours are outdoors and self-guided. No host will meet you, and the residential areas remain closed to keep them clean. Interior photos are available in our venue photo gallery.
