These are the published venue package prices for 2 to 200 guests. Your exact quote depends on the event date, guest count, package and any extras you select. The date and package calculator checks current availability and gives you a date-specific total. Published package prices are final venue prices, with no mandatory venue tax, cleaning fee or service fee added at checkout.
What each package includes
Ceremony + Reception
Outdoor venue access from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., a covered reception area, ceremony and reception seating, tables and white spandex linens, preparation trailers, assistants, elevator and guest restrooms.
Ceremony + Reception + Stay
Ceremony and reception facilities plus two lighthouse nights for up to 12 overnight guests. Check in at 3 p.m. the day before the wedding and check out at 11 a.m. the day after. Use the living areas to get ready.
Seating and table quantities depend on your guest range. The date and package planner lists the exact inclusions for your selection.

Reserve when you are ready
A separate $500 refundable deposit
The $500 deposit blocks your selected dates and is separate from the package and extras. It becomes a damage deposit at check-in and is fully refundable if you cancel 60 days or more before your event. You can refine your package and guest count later. Read the full booking and refund terms.
